I love Viber because of it’s smiley, which I believe the best available. I have Fring because some of my close contact still use Nokia phone and 2G internet. Some of them are very popular and most of us use it already. But still there are some fundamental problem with some of those apps like the Voice quality and Ghost Ringtone as in even if the other person is not connected to the internet, we can hear the bell ringing. We don’t exactly know if that person got to know about our call or not.
There are some not so popular yet very effective apps which are really innovative and offer something new:

tlkn® : This one solves the problem of Ghost Ringtone and offers HD voice quality. It offers a dallier from where you can call irrespective of other person has tlkn® or not as it offers PSTN calling as well.
